first, someone hacked into my other email account and sent odd messages to a bunch of people.. luckily they failed to get to some because of invalid emails, but others got a Viagra ad...
well, if I find out who did it, well, say your prayers now because I will hurt you, not soft and gentle like before, but bad..real bad....
ok today we got three upstanding citizens I'd like to talk
about..Justin Tevis, Travis Armstrong and Dr. Laura..first Justin..after losing big in the city council election, Justin is in training to become a cage fighter..his cage name will be "lil varmint"..it seems Justin landed in jail after trying to fight a bouncer..dude, those guys are HUGE!! The Daily Sound got the story; the News-Press missed it because they endorsed Justin because Travis had a crush on him and because they are losers....
next, Travis is trying to re-invent himself as more than just a gay Indian who looks for rich ladies to support him..he's got a website even...once on his radio show which mommy bought him, he said the internet was "nasty" and didn't read blogs..now he's got his own! who does he think he is, Cinderella??

thirdly, Dr. Liar, I mean Laura.. (I bet she hacked me!!) let's analyse this quack's statements about annoying people:
There is no doubt in my mind we all have someone in our lives who is downright annoying - it seems to be just one of those facts of life. It’s your reactions to those people that concerns me. So many of you write me or call me about how upset you get and how your feelings are hurt when you encounter that annoying individual. do I annoy you?? GOOOD!!
So stop a moment and ask yourself : "Why?" Why are you overreacting to "annoying?" Annoying is not vicious. Annoying is about the other person being insensitive, jealous, inadequate (and therefore critical), lonely (and therefore attempting to be involved)…stuff like that.
if I annoy you, then I'm inadequate, therefore critical of you...and since I have a blog, I'm lonely... but..but..but what constitutes annoying? just being myself? just being? if I say I don't like your hair today, I'm annoying you??..or could it be you can't deal with criticism..if you see me on the street and I start playing with myself well I can see how that might be annoying to some women ...ya know I'd like to see a woman actually try to help me for once!! when they ignore me or pretend not to see me, that's annoying!!
You need to distinguish "annoying" from "mean." "Mean" is to be avoided; the negative content of "annoying" is to be ignored. Here’s what I mean:
You go to a relative or friend’s home and they comment about your hair, clothes, kid, lifestyle, eating habits, etc. You can get all upset, OR you can say "Oh, you’re so cute…" and give them a hug. Let it be at that.
what??? you can't even comment to a relative about the kids? can't even ask how they are doing?? maybe that's why Dr. Laura let her mother rot and die alone in an apartment because mom was annoying!
Surprise and confusion are the most powerful weapons: not anger or tears. And nothing surprises someone who is being critical more than a hug and a smile. It may seem difficult for you to imagine doing that but two things are instantly accomplished:
1. You don’t feel as bad because you’re behaving nicely, and behavior has a direct effect on feelings!2. The other person is taken by surprise (i.e., your showing affection), and finds it more difficult to remain negative or critical toward you - it just becomes too awkward. So remember….surprise and confusion!
No one who is annoying expects anything except your bowing to their attempt at power or relevance. Affection with humor has you keeping the power.
Try it. With a smile, of course!
