so Mayor Helene (the Duchess) from Santa Barbara stopped by the
city council a few weeks back to ask Carp to join the regional gang task force...the price for participation would be about $10000...the council deemed Carp's inclusion unnecessary but left open a future hearing on the matter....the council indicated it is "in a tough spot financially"... Mayor Helene may have noticed that when she drove in to City Hall...the asphalt hasn't been paved and striped for about five years..same with the rest of town..and the last time they paved Linden they had to redo it because of some fancy new asphalt mix they got sold didn't set right...and Santa Barbara Taxpayers Association head Joe Armendariz proclaimed a few months ago: Carp's got plenty of money!
so what happened? Carp has gang members...just look for the shaved headed on guys that look like morons walking in groups...they live to tag and stab each other..they get up in the morning and say: who can I stab today and what shall I tag, dawg? we could use a task force to get rid of these sociopaths and ship 'em back to wherever they came from...so I guess the council is in denial..but where has the money gone that should be spent on roads and gangs suppression?The City Council has been handing out large sums of money to Peoples Self Help Housing, who build homies for illegal immigrants and other poor folks... it seems like everytime PSHH comes before the council, they get money from their two biggest cheerleaders, Armendariz and former councilmember Dick Weinberg...a few grand here and there but the one that caught my eye was a $700000 gift ...$700000!!! These are funds reserved for assistance to PSHH specifically for developing Dahlia Court..NO WONDER WE CAN'T GET THE STEETS PAVED!!!
and they are giving real property away to the nonprofit..one acre next to Dahlia Court for the
expansion project.. the law allows the "city to transfer the property to Peoples' for little or no monetary compensation " so long as it's for the public use....wow, talk about a scam!!Now, PSHH recently sent out a statement brochure telling us about all the wonderful things they have done...they have total assets over fifty million dollars!! $50,000,000!!! so why is the city council giving them my tax money??
that is the $64,000 question and I'll have to investigate that further and get back to you....homies....
