News-Press Thwarts Government Jihad!!

well, that's what Nipper called the Teamsters action to get Wendy to follow labor laws and stop buying judges...or in this case, to reinstate some fired workers...it's all a labor issue between a wealthy divorcee and her houseboys and some reporters who were fired for union activities...it has morphed into a long political drama.. but this case is not over..it's got too many plot twists and Wendy's got too much money..enough to keep her on the treadmill of buyable justice, probably until she croaks!!
but what exactly is a jihad? acccording to Shazia Mirza: Nowadays so much is happening in our country. After 11th September many people are taking the term of Jihad in a very wrong way. Jihad in Islamic tradition is that of an internal spiritual struggle, focused on individual purification and the promotion of social justice and human rights. In some extreme sectors, this concept has been twisted to justify politically motivated acts of violence. Jihad is one of the most misunderstood and abused aspects of Islam. Some extremist Muslims exploit the concept of Jihad for their own political objectives. Many non-Muslims misinterpret it to discredit Islam and Muslims....

so, uh, Nipper thinks the Teamsters are Islamic extremists or something?? dumbass...
now, the latest article was written by houseboy #2 Scott Steepleton, who cannot be trusted with the truth: ALJ (administrative law judge) Anderson found management representative Scott Steepleton's testimony in this hearing to be not credible, which is the third time in three NLRB hearings before three different ALJs that Steepleton has been found to be not truthful. Steepleton then wrote an inaccurate and biased article in the News-Press purporting to describe the ALJ's decision, which did not mention his role in the proceeding, or seek the position of the NLRB or Union.
On May 22, 2008, Federal Judge Stephen Wilson issued an Order which the newspaper has claimed vindicates the News-Press. The court refused to issue an injunction that would have provided for immediate enforcement of the ALJ's ruling against the News-Press, criticizing some of its reasoning as "clearly erroneous." (The ruling does not effect the NLRB's consideration of the ALJ's decision) The Judge found that a theme of the union campaign was to influence editorial control of the paper, and that the ALJ's recommended ruling posed a significant risk of violating the First Amendment rights of the paper...
ok...that's old news, but the Federal Judge, Stephen Wilson, is a nut! He ruled that Stan Lee of Marvel Comics, the guy who created Spider-Man, didn't own the copyrights to his own creations! It's a long tortured story of greed involving billions, but one thing is certain, if you have money, the lawsuits can drag on forever....and if you get 15 different judges, you'll get fifteen different opinions...but finally, the lawsuit against Lee was thrown out: In a March 31 ruling, U.S. District Judge Paul Crotty noted that litigation over the characters had lasted nearly a decade in various state and federal courts in New York, California and Colorado, and included a securities class-action settlement.
"It is now time to call a halt," Crotty wrote in his 14-page opinion..
if Meg can spend 160 million dollars to try to buy the governorship, why shouldn't Wendy be able to buy her piece of the pie, too...it ain't over til the rich lady runs out of money..or chokes on her Bruschetta or Proscuitto...
