I want you...

to want me...says Mike Stoker
Mike Stoker..camera slut?? photo whore? geez, everytime I turn around there's Mike preening in front of a camera..this time announcing how many friends he's got..Dems, indies, dumb indians...Mike Self was there..are they having an affair?? of course, the News-Press gave him a front page story, ie advertisement for free...but we all know about Mike..the Greka Oil spokesman who deflected blame for the oil spills onto phantom saboteurs and political enemies while taxpayers cleaned up the messes..Mike protects the rich..period..and way too rich for her own good, Meg Whitman, had another debate with Moonbean and screamed at him: Jerry, you should be ashamed that I hired an illegal alien!! Poor Meg, she's got some issues..and to claim she's a budget expert while throwing away 120 million dollars on her campaign is amazing..what kind of fiscal conservative spends that kind of cash? I get nervous spending 500 dollars!! I think Meg spends money like white trash in Vegas! or Santa Ynez!
so I get my voter pamphlet and I'm reading the candidate statements and I notice that there's one missing: Das Williams. There's Teabagger Tom, a graduate of Top Gun, there's Mike the oil spiller, there's a bunch of people but no Das..what gives? Well, it seems in order to get your statement published, you had to sign a VOLUNTARY pledge to limit campaign contributions..and then they charge you for advertising space in the General Election guide!! and this nutty rule doesn't apply to candidates running for federal offices...and the expenditure limit for governor is 12 million dollars.. looks like Meg is way over budget on that one!! This is the stupidest rule ever and I would never make such a pledge so congrats to all candidates who said no...and whoever gets elected, change this convoluted nonsense immediately!! The money will come to the candidates in the form of free advertising from their media cronies, so those who signed the contribution limit pledge are hypocrites! There should be no limit on contributions to a candidate because I'm a capitalist..however, accountability for every dollar spent is a must. You can't spend the cash on rent or a trip to the beauty salon like Christine O'Donnell did.....as we've seen in the past, money can't buy elections but political savvy is worth its weight in gold...
