I made $500 over the weekend!!

selling Depends Adult Diapers at the Courthouse!

First of all, I was deceived. I went to the Santa Barbara Courthouse expecting an oldies concert by Paul Revere and the Raiders...remember them?? "Kicks just keep gettin' harder to find"..."Cherokee people, Cherokee tribe"..instead, I ran into a bunch of elderly Republicans wandering around State Street..it was a like post menopausal Metallica concert....I called 911 to get these folks some assistance and off the streets!
oh wait..... it was a TAX REVOLT party! (fashioned after the Boston Tea Party a few years ago).
I counted exactly 1000 white people at the event..the entire subscriber base for the Santa Barbara News-Press.. There was even a party at the old I Magnin store that Wendy McILOVEANIMALS owns...old ladies were standing outside waving signs..."don't tax us or we'll kill a hampster"...well..where the heckalo were these folks when Bush was running our debt all the way up to China, and chasing terrists in Iraq??
One dude said he saw Rudy Gulianni there!
Of course, some of the event organizers said it was "non-partisan" so they could try to duck any blame...non partisan is another term for Jurassic Republicans..I'm on to them now! They cheer a bunch of guys on horses dressed up as Paul Revere on the city streets but they are same people who don't want a Statue of Liberty replica at the harbor for the 4th of July!! Too tacky they say! God Save America from these fruity nuts...

SHOCK!!
there were NO LETTERS OR COMMENTARIES by the SBCTA in the Sunday News-Press!! They weren't even referenced in the Tea Party story! Stunning!! the only other blurb I noticed was Travis telling me not to enable the homeless drunks by giving them a quarter now and then..ah Travis..Wendy has been enabling you for 6 years...my money's on the homeless....you know, the veterans and the mentally ill...they deserve help more than you....if you're walkin' down the street sometime, and you should spot some hollow ancient eyes, don't you pass them by and stare, say Hello in There...Hello
