The special, taping in Los Angeles this weekend and airing June 20, allows women to participate too, but has invited mostly gorgeous starlets like Charlize Theron, Jessica Biel and Scarlett Johansson. (Last year's Decade of Hotness prize went to Halle Berry.)
The aggressively hetero show, which doles out trophies shaped like antlers — dubbed Mantlers — celebrates the stuff that guys love. If the first three years of the event are any indication, that will again mean hyper-violent action flicks, porn stars, Ultimate Fighters, vats of alcohol and man-child comedies. (The cast of "The Hangover" will be on hand this Saturday.)
Among the other scheduled attendees: Ben Kingsley, Kiefer Sutherland, Shaun White, Ozzy Osbourne, Liam Neeson, Ben Affleck and Samuel L. Jackson.
Rock will be get the comedian prize and Theron will pick up this year's Decade of Hotness award. The show will help mark the 20th anniversary of Martin Scorsese's mobster epic "Goodfellas" by inducting it into the Guy Movie Hall of Fame.
DeNiro and Liotta will be on hand to accept the award from ex-"Sopranos" capo Gandolfini.
Spike also plans to use the award show to roll out a year-round initiative, Spike Salutes, honoring the U.S. military. It's an awareness-raising and fundraising campaign that aims to connect Spike fans and members of the armed services.
