For millions of people in world, Israel was wrong for trying to stop weapons from being smuggled into Gaza under the guise of humanitarian aid.
Yet, when women are routinely stoned and killed in Iran and other Muslim countries for violating Sharia laws, the world has nothing to say, the United Nations cowers in impudent silence, and the National Organization of Woman would rather squawk about the glass ceiling rather than holding a press conference to protest.
The Chinese government is allowed to order forced abortions and sterilizations and if you’re unlucky enough to be born female, you’re life isn’t worth a wad of spit. So state sponsored murder of little girls is no big thing and the world yawns and looks the other way.
Only Israel is held to a different standard.
Only Israel can receive condemnation by a gutless and shameless world because it’s easier than actually doing something about real injustice and unfairness, or actual cruelty, or state approved inhumanity.
It’s enough to cry out and beg the Lord to come back and end our misery.
