I was watching a rather attractive Kennedy-esque woman explain them on City TV and don't know what all the fuss is about...it seems to me that Frank and Mike are a couple of fussy britches ...that's all they do is fuss..they are fussed up to the max..do you want someone on the council who fears change? who's a fussy budget? That is the common theme that runs through the News-Press candidates..they are too fussy! Once you start fussing, you can't stop! You can tell a fusser by the bulbous noses and bloodshot eyes..look closely at Mike and Frank...FUSSY.
