Arizona Sheriff: ‘Our Own Government Has Become Our Enemy’

Democrats and the Obama regime are playing politics with the border.

Instead of securing the boundary between the United States and Mexico, they’d rather file papers with the courts against the state of Arizona for wanting to defend itself against the flood of illegals.

Instead of treating illegal like the criminals that they are, the Dems and Obama see them as a potential voting block to help keep them in power.

But, this November comes the day of reckoning!

CNS News

Pinal County (Ariz.) Sheriff Paul Babeu is hopping mad at the federal government.

Babeu told CNSNews.com that rather than help law enforcement in Arizona stop the hundreds of thousands of people who come into the United States illegally, the federal government is targeting the state and its law enforcement personnel.

“What’s very troubling is the fact that at a time when we in law enforcement and our state need help from the federal government, instead of sending help they put up billboard-size signs warning our citizens to stay out of the desert in my county because of dangerous drug and human smuggling and weapons and bandits and all these other things and then, behind that, they drag us into court with the ACLU,” Babeu said.

The sheriff was referring to the law suits filed by the American Civil Liberties Union and the U.S. Department of Justice challenging the state’s new immigration law.

“So who has partnered with the ACLU?” Babeu said in a telephone interview with CNSNews.com. “It’s the president and (Attorney General) Eric Holder himself. And that’s simply outrageous.”

Last week, U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton placed a temporary injunction on portions of the bill that allowed law enforcement personnel during the course of a criminal investigation who have probable cause to think an individual is in the country illegally to check immigration status. The state of Arizona filed an appeal on Thursday with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Actor Jon Voight Writes Open Letter to President Obama

Jon Voight is a true patriot who loves this country. He’s one actor, although there are others, who has the courage to stand up for Conservatism in Liberal dominated Hollywood.

God bless Jon Voight!

From The Sean Hannity Show:

An open letter from actor Jon Voight to President Obama:
June 22, 2010

President Obama:

You will be the first American president that lied to the Jewish people, and the American people as well, when you said that you would defend Israel, the only Democratic state in the Middle East, against all their enemies.

You have done just the opposite.

You have propagandized Israel, until they look like they are everyone's enemy — and it has resonated throughout the world. You are putting Israel in harm's way, and you have promoted anti-Semitism throughout the world.

You have brought this to a people who have given the world the Ten Commandments and most laws we live by today. The Jewish people have given the world our greatest scientists and philosophers, and the cures for many diseases, and now you play a very dangerous game so you can look like a true martyr to what you see and say are the underdogs. But the underdogs you defend are murderers and criminals who want Israel eradicated.

You have brought to Arizona a civil war, once again defending the criminals and illegals, creating a meltdown for good, loyal, law-abiding citizens. Your destruction of this country may never be remedied, and we may never recover.

I pray to God you stop, and I hope the people in this great country realize your agenda is not for the betterment of mankind, but for the betterment of your politics.

With heartfelt and deep concern for America and Israel,

Jon Voight

This is Jon Voight portraying FDR in Pearl Harbor.

The United States has been attacked by Japan and Rooosevelt meets with his military leaders afterwards.

It’s a great scene!

68% Oppose Boycotts of Arizona Over New Immigration Law

Once again the American people have stood up and defended American sovereignty.

These Leftist Progressive Liberals that are calling for a boycott of anything dealing with Arizona are cutting off their noses despite their face. They have demonstrated once again that they’re out-of-touch with the American people.

According to Rasmusen Reports:

Boston and Los Angeles were among the first to announce boycotts of Arizona, but 68%of Americans say it’s a bad idea for other cities or states to boycott Arizona over its new immigration law.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that only 14% of Adults think it’s a good idea for cities or states to join that boycott. Ten percent (10%) don’t care one way or the other, and nine percent (9%) more are undecided.

Forty percent (40%), in fact, say they would avoid doing business with any city or state that boycotts Arizona.

Forty-three percent (43%) disagree and would continue to do business with boycotting cities or states. Seventeen percent (17%) aren’t sure.

Fifty-five percent (55%) of voters nationwide favor passage of a law like Arizona’s in their own state. When asked specifically about the chief provision of the Arizona law, support is even higher.

Sixty-nine percent (69%) of voters believe a police officer should be required to check the immigration status of anyone stopped for a traffic violation or violation of some other law if he suspects the person might be an illegal immigrant.

Fifty-five percent (55%) of Americans say when it comes to addressing the immigration issue, their personal views are closer to those of political leaders in Arizona rather than those of political leaders in Washington. Just 26% say their views are closest to Washington political leaders. Nineteen percent (19%) are not sure.
