Apparently Pedro is looking out for animals by sponsoring more unneeded bills..more laws that no one will obey..we already have animal cruelty laws on the books, but they aren't enforced..how is passing more laws going to fix anything? It ain't..it's a bunch of bull and a waste of time..but Pedro knows how to spin wheels and shine apples..that's what he's good for...why isn't he in idiot Arnold's face to sign a budget??now, take the Channel Islands animal slaughter in the name of nativism..where was Pedro when the inbred biologists were plotting to kill everything non-native? Well, Pedro, where the fuck were you??
Animal Cruelty has been a felony in California since 1988 and carries a maximum jail term of three years ... and exterminating animals for being labeled non-native is animal cruelty, pure and simple.. I am pro-hunting but most hunters will tell you this is mindless slaughter...how long before these inane policies spread to the mainland..US Fish and Wildlife people come knocking on your door wanting to confiscate your dog or cat for being "non-native"! Pedro should have rounded up the folks responsible for the Channel Islands Crimes Against Nature and thrown them in jail..instead, he does nothing.. The last thing California needs is more laws that can't be enforced..so Pedro, why not look into one of the biggest wastes of taxpayer money in California and the USA..the elimination of non-native species!! introduce a bill and call it AB Mick 007...
