Season eight of 24 will take place in New York City. And in order to make it look authentic series star, Kiefer Sutherland says they'll actually be shooting the action-thriller in the Big Apple...um...part of the time. When shooting in the city isn't possible, production will do the next best thing - computer generate the city that never sleeps.

Comment (24FanForever): OK, now I'm confused. I thought there wasn't going to be any NYC location shoots due to budgetary issues. Then I came across this today. Is 24 shooting any of season 8 in NYC or not? Hmmm...
