pity the poor little victims Travis and Randy Van Wolfswinkel..the cabal has been smearing them because they don't "kowtow" to cabalists... Travis, in his latest "column" has come to the defense of homeboy Randy Van Wolfswinkel..to hear Travis tell it, you'd think Randy was running for sheriff of Mayberry! Talk about a puff piece!!!
apparently, Travis is protecting Randy and is upset by the incivility directed Randy's way from non- News-Press- types-who-don't- suck-up-to-big-bucks-Wendy! They are calling him names and making him cry...actually Travis, they are doing what your stupid paper should be doing..exposing his agenda and flaws...then Travis says that Van Wolfswinkel is a local kid!! Geez, all this time I thought he was an adult..a grown up, who cries like a baby when people point out that the Santa Barbara election CAN'T BE BOUGHT by him or Wendy!!! and the "incivility" claim is simply what these guys hide behind when free speech gets honest.. in reality, they can't stand free speech, which is why Travis won't allow comments online!
Now, in my estimation, the NewsPress is the most corrupt business in town that spends most of its time trying to show how corrupt city workers are! You know, the ones who do all the work, the working class...they do they street work, water and wastewater treatment, cops, fire...I mean, Travis is the silliest freak in town..supported soley by the craziest woman in town, Wendy McCuckoo and her flunkie boyfriend Nipper..if Wendy didn't own the News-Press, what would Nipper be doing, trying to hit on Sara Miller McCune?? or that old Lady Hidley Tree lady??
I mean, this stuff is too comical! These characters don't live in the real world!!
and then Travis apologizes to Wolfie for what people write about him! Travis, you have no control over what people write, so it's not your responsibilty to apologize for anyone but yourself for driving drunk and being Wendy's lying sock puppet!
　
it is easy to pick out the character flaws of the people that the NewsPress supports and exalts... from Dr. Laura to Mike Self to Dale Francisco... the pet candidates are bankrolled by Wendy and Wolfie..whether it is through direct contributions or indirectly through puff piece ads in the News-Press editorial pages...Travis..you can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time..fool!
